No matter when I go, Chef Thomas always has something incredibly special to showcase. The food is so fresh and I love his various versions of salmon tiradito. I also love the Nobu special sake. It’s a great place to take a date because the ambiance is terrific and after you can walk back to the terrace of the Shore Club (the hotel where Nobu is) - and it's really romantic!

Being mentored by a former Nobu chef, Ricky Sauri, I had the chance to work in their kitchen and taste all of the food. The sea bass with balsamic teriyaki and the Japanese wagyu gyozas with kabocha purée are among my favorites. Located in South Beach’s posh Shore Club, it also has some of the best people watching in the city. Whether for sushi or one of the acclaimed chef’s dishes, it’s a place not to be missed.

Nobu is pretty reliably good, high-end sushi, and this one is no exception. Great cocktails, beautifully prepared sushi. Prices are high, but they treat you well and make you feel like you are getting your money's worth.

Great service and great sushi. I checked out the sashimi and was wholly impressed, check out the black cod with miso its a succulent delight. It is a bit expensive and the decorations are meh at best; but the food is what makes this place great, just make sure to bring your wallet.$$

Always a classic. Located inside the Shore Club Nobu is one of the trendiest places in South Beach. Fusion Asian food, nice drinks, a good warm up for Miami`s nightlife.

The Miami version of the restaurants chain. Good food although expansive! get the spicy tuna, sake, and green tea machi. Look at all the beautiful people around :)

This southern outpost from Nobu is a welcome sushi escape from the South Beach cafe scene.
