The newest and largest of all the Nobu restaurants is located next to the new Nobu Hotel within Caesar's Palace in Vegas. The soft opening took place on Friday, Feb 1, 2013 and the Grand Opening on Monday, Feb 4, 2013. Classically trained in Tokyo, world renowned Chef Nobu Motsuhisa has taken traditional Japanese Cuisine and Western Flavors to create a style of food that captivates audiences world wide. The food is delicious and sexy and pricey, so plan this for special occasions. Must try's: Truffle Miso Spinach Salad, Creamy Spicy Crab, any of the new style Sashimi's with ginger sauce, the lobster specialty tempura, any of the amazing Sake on the long Sake list, and the fried banana roll dessert with caramel and sesame ice cream... Really, no matter what you order you will not be disappointed!
