I wasn't expecting to like noodle theory as much as I do. I went back two weeks in a row, which rarely happens with a restaurant. It's a tiny place, so don't expect to come here with a group larger than 4. No reservations, either.
The menu consists of a variety of Asian dishes, with appetizers, noodle soups, and dry noodles. I've tried the spicy tantanmen ramen and the coconut curry udon with beed. The udon was quite tasty. Dishes range from $10 to $16. Portions are on the larger size.

A favorite local hot spot for lunch for me and my coworker. Get the Niman Ranch Beef Udon with Coconut Curry like everyone recommended, it lives up to the hype. And if you got stomach space for it, the sweet potato fries too so that you can snack prior to your noodle dish. All the aromas of the steaming noodle dishes are divine, makes you want to eat all of them. I'm always staring at the person next to me to see what they've ordered! Dishes have lots of sauce (a bonus for me), and prices are fair for the area. The kitchen is right where you sit so you know everything comes out fresh and piping hot!
