You may think that rotisserie-style chicken is worth skipping, what with the overwhelming list of other meal options in Lima, but trust me when I say: You have never had anything like pollo a la brasa. The combination of spices used in this signature Peruvian dish, in combination with the unique rotisserie machines that allow the juices to drip down onto other rotating chickens, make this some of the most succulent poultry on the planet. Because this meal, which is usually accompanied by fries and a salad, is so popular among Peruvians, you can find hundreds of pollo a la brasa joints around the city. Norkys is one of the best for a reasonable price.Recommended for:

Great Value, delicious and comforting foods, Norky's is a chain of parilla /bbq/rotisserie restaurants that are frequented by locals and adventurous visitors. We had a very delicious and inexpensive meal and we still talk about how great (good food and good prices) that meal at Norky's was.
