Everywhere is great. The Museum, a bit of Rotovegas history. Whakarewarewa, Mitai Tours, the Buried Village,[mean history there] Rainbow Springs,Agrodome, so many places, things of interest for everyone

Funky, eclectic, and just plain cool. Wellington has a Bohemian vibe that jives with it's beachside ambience, making it seem like the offspring of San Francisco and San Diego. Definitely worthy of the Coolest Little Capital in the World title.

Known for its Art Deco architecture, wine, and wool, Napier is a port city in northeastern New Zealand. Due to its remote location, Napier is off the normal tourist path. Filled with friendly people and lots of sunshine, Napier is a relaxing, enchanting place to visit.

Russell, a small town in the North Island's Bay of Islands, feels like a tiny New England fishing village. Originally a major whaling and shipping port--as well as New Zealand's first European settlement--Russell is now filled with vacation homes, seafood restaurants, and sailboats. Russell is quieter and cuter than Paihia across the bay.

Great place for wine tasting and relaxing on the North island. Instead of driving, you can actually walk to many wineries from the central town square.

Nothing great to report, nothing poor to report. Its a very easy drive from here to Tutukaka for a few days of diving. There is more to do here, Tutukaka has almost nothing. The Whangarei falls is a beautiful falls, and well worth the hike. I'd recommend doing any hikes around it.

This place is where i was born and raised. Its grown into a spctacular place to live, still love going home to see the many changes it has gone through and the ones that have kept its heritage.

I recommend this to anyone who loves the beach and is looking for some down time on their NZ vacation. Raglan has the right level of day-time buzz that starts to slow down when the evening sets in. Town activities revolve mostly around sea sports like kite boarding, Stand Up Paddle, Kayaking, Surfing... It's not hard to get to but ...

Tauranga is a city in the North Island of New Zealand. Come and enjoy our beautiful city, have dinner on The Strand over looking the harbour. Or head on over to the Mt and soak up the sun and surf.

Cambridge is a pretty town on the North Island that is filled with horses, antique shops, and tree-lined streets. It is a good stop for a break while driving along Route 1.
