    Chef/Owners Avner Samuel and Jon Stevens are known to create unbelievable and consistently fresh dishes. Avner has been in the restaurant business in Dallas for over 30 years. He has seen his fair share of places come and go. NOSH is his creation that is a staple in Dallas. He is expanding to a second location this holiday season. It’s a “see and be seen” sort of place with dark tones to the dining room. The best seat in the house is at the “chefs table” where Exec Chef Jon Stevens can interact with the guests. The tuna tartare, scallops and anything off the daily board are a must. Anyone visiting Dallas must make sure to get a table at NOSH.

The Euro-Mediterranean menu features cool twists on favorites, like Kobe beef meatballs, as well as simple fare like hummus by award-winning chef Avner Samuel.
