Novikov Restaurant and Bar

50a Berkeley Street, Mayfair, London, W1J 8HA, United Kingdom
3 reviews

I have been to the bar on a Saturday night. Really posh venue, awesome atmosphere and great drinks. Staff is super kind and helpful. Dj set is mainly pop music but towards the end of the night there might be some vintage/revival moments. Bar closes at 2:30am. Very good choice for a night out.

The British Royal Family's corner shop. Wonderfully baroque, a complete anachronism but quintessentially British.

Laduree is known for its macarons. They're really the ones who put macarons on the foodie obsession map. The Burlington Arcade location is good for a quick stop before jewelry shopping or hitting the Royal Academy, and is a much better bet than the Costas, Prets and Neros along Piccadilly for a takeaway coffee.

I visited louis vuitton new bond street london hoping to look at a bag I liked and have a pleasant experience. But it was by far the most annoying and disappointing experience I've had at any store. After browsing I asked a lady staff to show me a bag which I pointed out. Instead of servicing me, she whisked me ...

A London institution since 1963, this private members' club in the heart of Mayfair is like a honey pot for the international jet set. A life membership here will set you back £25,000 - and that's assuming you get selected by the membership committee. The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Princess Anne, former president Richard Nixon, Aristotle Onassis ...

This may not be the cheapest place to go to for a men's haircut or shave, but then it's not every day you get to sit back in the fine surroundings of a mahogany wood panelled shop being made presentable by barbers in smart uniforms. Plays heavily on the nostalgia card but boy is a shave here a good tonic ...

A big London art gallery, it's literally a big Cube. I felt very art-y visiting it, and the work we saw was interesting: thousands of tiny photographs of the same mountain landscape in different weather and light, almost like latter day Monet haystacks. Unless you are a visual artist or very into the scene, maybe it's not worth a special ...

I'm not much for clubs or bars, but I did really like Mahiki when I went with a group of friends. They have a really great selection of interesting cocktails that were really delicious and often times very fun to drink (one comes in a pirate leg which my mates rather enjoyed). It's a bit on the pricy side, as ...

For a unique concentration of luxury shopping and historic charm, Burlington Arcade is a must. This passage unites Piccadilly and Bond Street, and glitters with diamonds in handcrafted and vintage settings, contrasted with the scent of Penhaligon's perfume and colors of Laduree macarons.

The epicenter of cutting-edge designer fashion in London, Dover Street Market was created by Rei Kawakubo of the Comme des Garcons empire. The "Market" is actually a five-floor department store with beautiful temporary installations and small, well-curated rails for each designer. The most interesting pieces are the ones by Japanese designers little known in Europe such as Sacai. Also one ...

Big Ben is the nickname for the bell in the clock tower but usually everyone uses the name to refer to the entire clock tower. It's an iconic sight in London but not much to do other than look at it.

Everyone who goes wants to see the Crown Jewels which is where lines can be excruciatingly long (I've heard up to 2+ hr waits during the peak of summer). The cafe inside the tower isn't bad -- definitely eat there instead of the less than mediocre options near the entrance.
