The view facing the falls was awesome and your able to see everything. The price not so much $400 Canadian for 2 nights. Floors 2-8 you dont see the falls 9-22 you will but it costs. Not many frills and a narrow building with a small pool. Right across the street is the elevator down to the falls. $5 per person round trip or a 10 minute walk past the casino and down which will take you by the "American" falls. We were offered a $50 food credit which ended up being $20 we used for Applebees, $20 Remmington (Owned by Oakes) and $10 I forget.Recommended for:

For the price and the view this is a hotel that can't be beat.
This hotel is literally right on the falls. It's at the edge of the horseshoe falls on the Canada side. We stayed on the 10th floor and it offered an incredible view of both falls. it was around $150 US or under a night. We had the king suite with a jacuzzi and an awesome view!
It's easy to walk down the all the falls attractions and lookouts. You just cross the street. There is also an incline that will take you up and down the huge hill for a small fee. Highly recommend. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful on what to do in the area, and know where to help you get discounts.
Now the place is a little sparsely decorated and a bit dated, but again, worth the price. It's a bit cheaper than others in the area. You do have to pay for wifi, and they don't really have enough spots in the parking lot, but its not horrible.
There is an Applebee's attached to the lobby for food, or there are other restaurants/bars down the street. There is a casino a block down too. Definitely walkable
