Holy Banh Mi and Rotisserie quickie chickie!!! YUM!!!
I was just cruising around today looking for a new taco spot for lunch and spotted some hole in the wall taco joint. So I pull up and right in front of my truck next door to the taco spot was rotisserie chicken and banh mi's. So I think WTH, lets let Yelp decide where to go. So I pull them up on my phone 4.5 stars with 90 something reviews vs 2.5 stars for the taco joint. I mean seriously was that even a question where I would go?
So I get a menu and start checking it out and salivating in numerous places. However I decide to get the rotisserie chicken n rice bowl to go. WOW... its pulled marinated rotisserie chicken that was absolutely OUTSTANDING! It came with the regular banh mi style pickled carrots, cucumbers, etc.
PRO TIP: All credit/debit transactions are subject to $.75 upcharge for convenience.
They advertised everything as organic and locally grown as well. The person ahead of me got three whole chickens at $2.10/lb and what was crazy about them, the heads, skin, feet, were still attached. They also sell farm fresh brown eggs!
PRO TIP #2: The standard grocery items were kinda pricey!
They also carry boba (gotta get that next time with more rotisserie quickie chickie) coffee and a few other things you wouldnt be anticipating finding in a hole in the wall in this part of Anaheim!
But this place was awesome and I will be back sooner than later... OHHH YEAH baby its good Schicken!
