I was here for 4 months in the Fall of 2008 for a study abroad program.
Positives: The suites have their own private rooms for people, a kitchen, bathroom and a central area with couches and a television. The TV has local and international channels like the BBC, CNN.
Negatives: It's a tiny place, but what isn't in Hong Kong? It's right next to the freeway but in Hong Kong you take the bus or MTR, so in order to walk to either of the lines it's a 10-15 minute walk, and at night this might not be the safest option.
Front desk people are also very helpful. They speak English.
