You have to like Disney. I've probably visited 100x and it does have its charm. Everyone needs to make a pilgrimage here once in their life time. Worth going to see. There are plenty of shops to stroll around and a good range of cafes and restaurants. A stylised version of America perhaps, but go and have a look.

This is the city that borders Walt Disney World. It is an old cow town but has a nice small downtown area. The number of restaurants and stores is numerous and can be busy do to the tourist traffic.

Sleepy little suburb with little to offer except strip malls and bigotry. One of those places where the Tea Party is taken seriously.

Great little downtown with some historic buildings - one of the older towns in Florida. Great German restaurant downtown along with some other nice restaurants and bars. Cool waterfront walk along Lake Monroe - best to avoid summer at dusk walks along lake due to bugs.

A lovely small town to the north of our villa. Plenty of shops and restaurants. If you are flying in and out through Sanford this is very close to the airport
