Can't afford the price of a Disney hotel Kissimmee is an affordable place to stay while enjoying all of the local theme parks.

Charming small town. Lots of antique shops, a quaint diner, a fabulous Sunday Farmer's Market, all on the shores of a beautiful lake.

Christmas time is just awesome. You will have to spend at least one week visiting the theme parks. Always get quick passes. Leave early in the morning and plan to spend the day until closing. The best parks in order for me are Universal studios both parks. Sea world, Epcot, Disney Magic Kingdom, Disney Hollywood studios. There are others but ...

It's Disney World! It's amazing! Everything is expertly crafted down to the last detail. It's a total fantasy land! And there is something for everyone. Disney knows that adults want to have fun too. I've been several times through childhood and into my teens. It's always magical!

Downtown Disney is the best part of Lake Buena Vista. Here you'll find some fancy places to eat and some great venues. The House of Blues is here and Cirque de Soleil. The HOB is my favorite medium-sized venue for a concert. It's one of the things I miss most about living in the Orlando area.

Winter Park is the most charming area in greater Orlando. Beautiful houses, gardens, golf club, museum, cafes and restaurants, art galleries and shops... Most of the time visitors are so busy with parks and mall that don't see what else Orlando reserves. Save some time off and stop by Park Avenue where you'll find a lot to do!

This is a small city in Polk county just a short distance from Orlando. Fairly typical of small Florida towns with a mix of housing and small businesses.

This is an unincorporated city located just south of Kissimmee. We have a house in Solivita which is an age restricted development just on the edge of Osceloa and Polk counties. Nice place and a lot less busy then Kissimmee.

A lovely small town to the north of our villa. Plenty of shops and restaurants. If you are flying in and out through Sanford this is very close to the airport

Sleepy little suburb with little to offer except strip malls and bigotry. One of those places where the Tea Party is taken seriously.
