    Disney's Boardwalk Inn

    Disney's Boardwalk Inn

    Class:
    20 reviews
Excellent! - 88% of guests recommend

We had concierge-level accommodations at Boardwalk Inn. Room had 2 queen beds and a small "couch." All five of us fit in one room comfortably. The staff in the concierge lounge felt like family and we found ourselves drawn to them for warm conversation. Concierge-levels at Disney resorts are well worth the money. We had breakfast, afternoon snacks, evening appetizers ...

I stayed that the Polynesian Resort on one trip to Disneyworld (and I usually switch it up each time). As with most Disney resorts, everything is a little over the top, but with a Polynesian theme here.

Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside

Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside

    Class:
    21 reviews
Excellent! - 85% of guests recommend

The hotel is very beautiful, the river that runs behind composes a beautiful landscape. Buildings where guests stay have a themed division: "mansions" and "cottages". The rooms have the standard size of Disney´s moderate category, not so big but very confortable and clean. The only flaw is that some rooms get away from reception, as it is "villages", you need ...

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge

    Class:
    18 reviews
Excellent! - 88% of guests recommend

Even if you're not a guest at Animal Kingdom Lodge, it's worth a visit. The lobby is amazing. Even better, however, is the outdoor area where the animals roam free. Beautiful flowers along the walkway, too. Be sure to take your camera. One of our favorite Disney restaurants is located here - Jiko.

Great location due to its proximity to the Magic Kingdom and convenient monorail hotel. The lobby is gorgeous, especially at Christmas (huge decorated tree). For some reason, knowing that each room was made separately and then assembled here just adds to its charm and mystique. The amenities are nice, and the rooms are comfortable. And even though the monorails run through, not beside the resort, you are really close enough to the Magic Kingdom to walk.

I've stayed here several times before, and I shall be visiting again next year as this is just a superb place to stay! I am not sure why the reviews of Disney’s Coronado always make it seem more like the frog than the handsome prince. I had been briefed for a bland experience, but I found Coronado Springs to be quite charming. The fact that it is spread out did not seem like a downside to me. Strolling around the Southwestern architecture and ...

Orlando Hotel Insider
Orlando is a family vacation dream destination. There is so much to see and do in the Orlando area that one trip down may not be enough. Not bringing your family in tow? No problem, Orlando has much more to offer than just Walt Disney resorts.

Orlando Hotel Accommodations
The Lake Buena Vista area is packed with theme parks and resort hotels. Disney’s Port Orleans Resort, Polynesian Resort, and Animal Kingdom Lodge are some of the top stay choices. The Walt Disney resorts are over-the-top themed, with many of the theme park’s benefits extended to their guests. Other notable resort attractions include Epcot, Universal Studios and Hollywood studios, as well as Seaworld. For resorts located closer to downtown Orlando, the Peabody Orlando has all of the amenities of a resort and is convenient to event centers, like the Orange County Convention Center. For others not looking for a theme park adventure, spas, like the Mandara Spa at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, are plentiful and ready for relaxation after the excitement of thrill rides.

Orlando Attractions
Not looking for theme park thrills? Head to downtown Orlando and the Hard Rock Cafe, the largest in the chain, for some live entertainment and good food. Shopaholics can shop ‘til they drop at the Orlando Premium Outlets, one of the biggest outlet malls in the southeast. Wannabe golf pros will enjoy the 170 golf courses in the area, including Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club and Lounge. Outdoor enthusiasts can take an airboat ride to see native animals in their natural habitat instead of behind the glass. If you’re in town during basketball season, take in an Orlando Magic NBA game at the Amway Center. Of course, there are plenty of hotels nearby. There is no shortage of entertainment when it comes to Orlando. With so many different theme parks, it’s like there are many different worlds to visit in this one, energetic city.
