Dizzying views of Hong Kong from atop the world's highest hotel -- the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong. Drinks are pricey (easily $25 USD each) but worth it to enjoy the views. Decor is modern and decadent. Service was very poor on the night we visited.
The views from Felix are actually better -- Ozone is almost too high up. Definitely worth a visit and this will definitely become a regular stop on the tourist circuit.Recommended for:

The highest bar in the world, Ozone is located on the 118th floor of the Ritz Carlton in Kowloon. Splurge on a few drinks (around $12-15 USD each), lounge around and enjoy the view of the HK skyline all lit-up at night.Recommended for:

The novelty is that Ozone is currently the highest bar in the world located on the 118th floor of the the HKG Ritz inside the ICC Tower. The trick is to actually be here when it is clear to get the HKG harbour panorama. Cocktails and bar snacks available and both are quite decent.

In this era of ever-more-outré architectural design, we can dine in haute interiors like those found at Ozone, a restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong—on the top floor of the 118-story International Commerce Center. Indeed, Ozone opened in 2011 to great fanfare as the “highest bar in the world.” Kitted out by Tokyo design firm Wonderwall, the glamorous bar features a jagged honeycomb-inspired motif in the floors, ceiling, and furniture, crystal chandeliers that resemble dripping stalactites, and floor-to-ceiling windows that afford jaw-dropping views of glittering Victoria Harbour.

Ozone is the tallest bar in the world and a must see in Hong Kong. Actually getting to the bar is a little tricky and requires a couple of different elevators to get to the 118 floor but there are a bunch of Ritz Carlton people directing you where to go.
FYI There is a really strict dress code. Men cannot wear flip flops or shorts. They have pants you can borrow but not shoes (we found this out the hard way).
Outside at the bar there is a wind tunnel that feels really nice with the usual heat of Hong Kong. The drinks are really good too though there was some discussion amongst my group whether or not there were adequate amounts of alcohol in the drinks. I highly recommend the berry shooter; It's pretty delicious.
