Palais de Tokyo is one of my favorite cultural spots in Paris. Along with their ever-changing exhibitions, the bookstore in the ground floor is great for art and fashion magazines and books. There are also several restaurants, including Tokyo Eat, a casual restaurant with very Parisian atmosphere with good music, nice drinks, and reasonably priced food.

A contemporary art museum, loved the building, small exhibitions, but well presented. Really loved the restaurant area and lunch menu was really tasty and inexpensive.

Palais de Tokyo is a contemporary art institution in a stunning historic building. The atmosphere is casual and young, much like Kunst-Werke in Berlin or PS1 in New York (Long Island City). Even if the art isn't good, people just like being there. The attached restaurant is an excellent place for relaxing and people watching.

13, Avenue du Président Wilson. Great exposition space and venue. For me it was never a boring place to spend time in and around; even a movie; quiet, beautiful, and the Seine nearby.

A pleasant distraction from the classica, and neo-classical art of Paris is this gallery. Everything from student works to modern installations. The place is well worth visiting if you've got 2 or 3 hours to explore. I happened on this place and have been smitten'd by the experience... next time I go back, I'll be sure to make this part of my trip.
Kid friend, family friendly.... Halfway between the tower and the louve, it's an easy item to add to your day trip.Recommended for:Family Travelers
