Brazilian BBQ for the poor!
Not that I have experience with other Brazilian BBQ's, but I hear most of them have those red/green cards and are all you can eat. Located in the iconic Farmer's Market, Pampas is nothing like that. This is more of a Souplantation set up where you go down the cafeteria line, getting your salad, delicious cheese balls, and creamy mashed potatoes. They also have fried plantains in the salad bar if you're into that.
Finally you arrive at the meat section where the people behind the counter ask what type of meat you would like. I usually always get the sirloin cap, medium rare...nomnomnom. The pricing here is all based on weight, so depending on how rich/hungry you're feeling, you can get as much as you want. I usually go lighter on the salad bar and load up on the meat.
A decent sized plate can be around $10 which is awesome considering it's Brazilian BBQ!
