My favorite local lunch place, 5 minutes from my house. The restaurant has outdoor seating right on the water, is family owned and run and has the freshest local fare available. Reservations are recommended since it is a very popular lunch place for the resident population.

Run by a man from Marseille named Michel, this little roadside pizza stand is my favorite place to eat in all of French Polynesia. Reconstruction of a real Tahitian village. They have a nightly show that is worth seeing. The food is not worth it, so I suggest to eat elsewhere and go see the show which is the best on the island.
