    Les Deux Magots

    30 reviews

In the battle between Les Deux Magots and Cafe Flore, I'm probably more of a Cafe Flore fan, but both of these Saint-Germain establishments are great places to enjoy a light bite, coffee, or a late night drink.

Beautiful and delicious! You can choose as many flavors as you can fit and they make it into a rose! Try the chocolate in the center with cinnamon petals! Heavenly!

A trip to Paris is not complete without a visit to the Eiffel Tower. As soon as you know you're heading to Paris, reserve a time and buy your tickets for your trip to the Eiffel Tower on their website. The reservations fill up very quickly, which could cause you to wait in line up to 2 hours. Even if ...

    Le Jules Verne

    9 reviews

Went here a few days ago during my first visit to Paris! After reading many of the reviews on here, I'm really surprised that my dad and I were able to get in without a reservation! We had taken a boat cruise on the Seins River right by the Eiffel Tower, and were looking for a place to eat. We ...

    Buddha Bar

Buddha Bar is located one block over from the posh Rue St. Honore. There is a big buddha inside the bar and restaurant. It is pricey but the ambient music (which has turned into a popular CD compilation for chill-out music) and candle lit atmosphere make this a place worth going if you want to experience the intimate night life ...

The innovative no choice menu amazed us. Days after, we finally figured out some of the dishes we sampled.

    L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon

    10 reviews

Eating at L’Atelier wasn't just dinner it was a full event! The restaurant is set-up so almost everyone sits at the bar; which I have to admit I didn’t think I’d like but ended up loving. The atmosphere was fun and it gave us a perfect view of the chefs at work. Our waiter was extremely friendly and attentive and ...

    La Palette

Chic little spot for brunch or aperitivo and good for evening people watching. Not specifically vegetarian, but you'll find some veggie plats if you're off the meat.

    Restaurant Guy Savoy

    9 reviews

Guy Savoy offers a sensational gastronomic experience. The fine dining ambiance is elegant and welcoming. The artichoke and black truffle soup was delicious, the fish dish was just good, but the veal was perfect. The wine list is so large/heavy that guests need to rest it on a stool; its selection of old world wines is fantastic! The service is ...

The chef used to work for "Fifteen", the restaurant owned by Jamie Oliver (Yup that British chef on Food Network) in London for 15 years. So Frenchie's got some celebrity color to it, but the food quality is no bluff. The menu runs traditional French with surprising creativity here and there. Reservation recommended.

    Le Comptoir

    8 reviews

This a very popular restaurant and will usually have a line to get in. We went around 2 and the line was short. The food and the service are excellent. It is a small place but it allowed us to talk with some friendly Parisians about the selections on the menu. They were very helpful and the food was terrific ...

    Chez L'Ami Jean

My mother will kill me for sharing this. But this is one of the last, truly authentic restaurants in Paris. Absolutely killer food, at reasonable prices, and NO tourists.

    Le Grand Colbert

    8 reviews

French cousine at its best in a great place. Admit that a good deal of tourists (including us) have heard of the place after watching a move with Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton "Something Gotta Give", but unless you expect it to be something absolutely extraordinary this is absolutely a great place! will definitely return!

    Léon de Bruxelles

    8 reviews

You can find many branches of Leon De Bruxelles in Paris. Good taste but if you go to the Champs Élysées, the price per dish is higher than other branch.

Go for the prix fixe at this place, and treat yourself to steak tartare and oysters-raw food, french style. The wine is not included, but is reasonably priced. The cavernous setting is filled with delightfully officious black and white clad waiters busily attending to their own specific tasks.

    Le Cafe Marly

    8 reviews

Yes, this place is expensive, but I find that enjoying a coffee or glass of wine on the terrace facing the Louvre in all its splendor is worth every penny. The interior is also really beautiful and the waiters/waitresses all look like models! I've never eaten here, so I can't comment on the food, apart from the fact that the ...
