Falafel Is one of the few reliable staple foods for strict vegetarians and vegans visiting Paris, and few places do the middle eastern specialty better than Maoz. The staple sandwich of the Paris branch of this international vegetarian fast food restaurant is falafel in a pita; guests can choose from a wide selection of toppings and garnishes from a salad ...

I may be biased because I live close by and go here all the time, but in my opinion this place has the best pizza in Paris! The tiny restaurant is always packed at night because of its reputation for real authentic Neapolitan style pizzas as well as pastas, salads and tiramisu. The pizzas are reasonably priced from 9 to ...

    Frenchie

5 Rue du Nil, 75002 Paris, France

We went last October for my 40th birthday and getting a reservation here was an adventure. Calling was near impossible from the states. I finally gave up when my husband booked a business trip to Paris 4 months before our vacation and said he'd walk in and make the reservation. Now I believe you can reserve online. It was a ...

    Chez Gladines

30 Rue des cinq Diamants, 75013 Paris
    4.5
    8 reviews

Though Chez Gladines serves basque food, I've rarely been to a place so reminiscent of traditional french conviviality. This no frills restaurant is loud, busy, cheap, young, and cheery; with checkered table cloths, (thankfully) never-ending portions, and free-flowing wine. Come hungry and early, especially if your party is bigger than two people.

Hands down my favorite place to eat in Paris. Good country cooking with a fine dining flair. They have healthy portions and a prix fixe menu that is more than enough to satisfy.

Paul has to be the most mainstream place to eat in Paris - but not fast food. it's a boulangerie (bakery) with a delicious assortment of bread, sandwiches and pastries. The croissant and the pain aux amandes are specially lovely. In some of their locations they have a dining room where you can have lunch as well.

There are lots of retaurants popping up around Paris claiming to serve authentic American food that often disappoint me, but Koff is not one of these! Not too far away from the hectic energy of Belleville, you will find La Sardine, a restaurant and bar located in the peaceful Place Sainte-Marthe. The terrace spreads out into the tranquil square and is very popular in the summer. Tibetan food! So cool! The Tibetan lady serving the food was so nice. The food had a lovely delicate taste to it. The meat was a little tough but the lady explained that that was because they made it all natural without artificial meat tenderizer that many of the other restaurants use. I really enjoyed the meal and the experience!
