    Potager du Marais

In meat and cheese-loving Paris, it is quite a challenge to find tasty vegetarian options; and let's not even talk about vegan. That's why Le Potager du Marais is such a gem. Not only is it located in the trendy and charming Marais neighborhood, but it offers a menu that is 100% vegan, and generous and tasty portions at great ...

    Welcome Café

    2 reviews

Welcome Café, for me, didn't disappoint. Terry was my server and have never, in all my travels to Paris, come across a better waiter than him. No matter how busy he was attentive, friendly and gave excellent service. Knew all the menu items thoroughly. I love their onion soup, etc.

These macarons are expensive, but worth the adventure! I've never understood macarons until these. They aren't too sweet and the flavor doesn't take artificial like many of the other generic places.

Your best bet for veg food if you are staying in or around the Montmartre area, Au Grain de Folie focuses on fresh, whole, simple meals that are cooked up in the healthiest way possible. In other words, you won't find any deep-fried items or heavy sauces in this little restaurant. The staff are warm and friendly and the ambiance ...

When I think "gelato" I didn't think "Paris," not until we stopped in for a scoop of dark chocolate. I had my cone in hand, but just had to stop walking so I could truly appreciate the creamy, rich, resonant flavors. There may be a line, but it's totally worth the wait.

    Buddha Bar

    15 reviews

OK, for some folks, this might be a little more touristy than hip, but I had a really fun time here. It's a ridiculously spectacular nightclub that doubles as an excellent restaurant during early evening hours. What's fun is to time your dinner late enough to watch the transition from one to another - a place of refined elegance and ...

OMG, the best tasting gelato in Paris so far! For the price of 1 scoop 1 flavor at Berthillon, you can have up to 3 flavors at Amorino! The fruit flavored gelatos were so good, it was bursting with fresh fruitiness. I ordered a passion fruit, mango, and peach. Soo soo good! It's also very pretty, they shape the gelato ...

    L'As Du Fallafel

On the rue des rosiers in the heart of Paris's Jewish quarter, l'As du falafel serves delicious Israeli-style falafel pita sandwiches complete wIth hummus, pickles, lettuce, and beets; for a few extra centimes you can add french fries to your sandwich. There's a large dine-in area, but there's often a wait. If you're in a hurry you can get a ...

    Léon de Bruxelles

    8 reviews

I was dying for some good mussels and red raving reviews about this place, so I made a trip to check this place out only to be a bit disappointed. The mussels were very average and the fries - very American. There was only one waiter serving 10 busy tables and no bus boys. It may have just been the ...

Great Place to get any meal of the day. Very healthy with Vegan options. Had the grilled vegetable salad and Gazpacho and both were excellent. Would get bottled water.

Falafel Is one of the few reliable staple foods for strict vegetarians and vegans visiting Paris, and few places do the middle eastern specialty better than Maoz. The staple sandwich of the Paris branch of this international vegetarian fast food restaurant is falafel in a pita; guests can choose from a wide selection of toppings and garnishes from a salad ...

Went for brunch to splurge on a cold wintry morning. Hot chocolate: okay, thick, chocolately, but just okay. Pastries: small, dry, expensive Juice: fine,..not the best, not the worst Basically you're paying for the experience and the brand (which seems to have expanded everywhere in Paris). Nowhere near as good as Cafe Pouchkine located inside the Printemps department store (now ...

This busy little cafe is a must eat in Paris. Great steak (which comes with additional serving!) and generous portion of fries. Not to mention the mouthwatering sundae stacks to close off the meal. Love it!

    Les Deux Magots

    29 reviews

In the battle between Les Deux Magots and Cafe Flore, I'm probably more of a Cafe Flore fan, but both of these Saint-Germain establishments are great places to enjoy a light bite, coffee, or a late night drink.

A very nice restaurant situated on the second floor of the Eiffel tower. So you'll be enjoying both GREAT food and a great view. We hosted my mom's 60th birthday there, and I still remember how great and tasty the food was.

The chef used to work for "Fifteen", the restaurant owned by Jamie Oliver (Yup that British chef on Food Network) in London for 15 years. So Frenchie's got some celebrity color to it, but the food quality is no bluff. The menu runs traditional French with surprising creativity here and there. Reservation recommended.
