    75 Champs-Elysees, 75008 Paris, France
    89 reviews

The prettiest of all the Laduree locations in Paris, this restaurant on the champs is always busy and service can be terrible, but it's still my favorite Laduree. Along with the classic restaurant, a new, very modern and trendy bar has opened at this location and the food and drinks are meant to be great. This branch of Laduree was ...

    Les Deux Magots

6 Place Saint-Germain des Pres, 75006 Paris, France
    29 reviews

Not only does it have an incredible history as the old hangout of figures like Picasso and Hemingway, but the entire experience is memorable. The food was among the best I've had Paris, especially the desserts! Guaranteed to be a meal you won't soon forget.

    Le Relais de l'Entrecôte

15 Rue Marbeuf, 75008 Paris, France
    23 reviews

A French girl recommended this place to me, and the restaurant was always full. Verdict: simple, and good. The premise is a flat price for all you can eat fries and steak. No wonder people stay a long time. It's great to share a meal with friends over, as the only thing you have to tell the waiter is how ...

    L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon

5 Rue de Montalembert, Paris 75007, France
    10 reviews

Eating at L’Atelier wasn't just dinner it was a full event! The restaurant is set-up so almost everyone sits at the bar; which I have to admit I didn’t think I’d like but ended up loving. The atmosphere was fun and it gave us a perfect view of the chefs at work. Our waiter was extremely friendly and attentive and ...

    La Palette

43 Rue de Seine, 75006 Paris 6e arrondissement, Francia

43 rue de Seine. Very cool place that might look old, but the patina has wonderful memories and the owner is also very nice. I really liked this place for a cozy coffee or drinks and the sausages and mash, and listening to art students talk about their ideas.

5 Rue du Nil, 75002 Paris, France

It’s a very cool little bistro for dinner. It’s part of the newer bistro movement in Paris, delivering 2 star michelin food. They remove everything unnecessary to the experience. Just great food and great wine. A long the lines of the Nordic style of design, wood tables and wood chairs, very basic.

    Le Grand Colbert

4, rue Vivienne, Paris 75002 France
    8 reviews

French cousine at its best in a great place. Admit that a good deal of tourists (including us) have heard of the place after watching a move with Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton "Something Gotta Give", but unless you expect it to be something absolutely extraordinary this is absolutely a great place! will definitely return!

84 Rue de Varenne, Paris 75007 France
    4 reviews

One of the great Paris restaurants, run by the famous chef Alain Passard, Arpege is the sort of place one visits but a few times in one's life. Known for haute vegetarian cuisine, Arpege is a restaurant I really liked, but it did not have the knock-your-socks-off awesomeness of l'astrance or Guy Savoy.. That said, more virtuous diners might disagree ...

    Le Cafe Marly

    7 reviews

The food here is very reliably good, contemporary rather than classic but not particularly innovative. However, the setting is great as it overlooks the sculpture court at the Louvre.

    Le Fumoir

6 Rue de l'Amiral de Coligny, 75001 Paris, France
    5 reviews

You’d expect a bar-brasserie next to the Louvre to be the worst combination of what’s on offer in tourist-heavy areas: overpriced, with unexceptional food and décor. This isn’t the case at le Fumoir. With an oak bar, Chesterfield sofas and a mean line in Martinis, the look’s distinctly clubby and old-Parisian, tempered by a young professional clientele. Watch the world ...

    Pari's Cafe

    174 Avenue Clichy, Paris, France
    5 reviews

Our first night in Paris we stumbled across this charming cafe - the food is spot on and the service is friendly, if a bit slow at times. The escargot is especially good - and inexpensive when compared to more touristy restaurants. A solid value in my book. Try the duck or the sole muniere.

    15/20; Food 8/10, Ambience 3/5, Service 4/5. Ramshackle space in the 9th housing a organic grocery-cum-bakery-cum-palace-of-organic-bruncheon-delights.
