A tough walk if you walk from the bottom of the hill and have been walking around the city for days already but so worth it. Lots of great musicians around the park, playing appropriately unearthly music for this strange and magical place.

Very large, pretty park with great views of Barcelona. Enter through the side/back entrance. The one where you have to climb a mountain with escalators. If you enter through the front entrence, it's a mad house and you should be aware of your belongings.

Fascinating Park designed by Gaudi. Near the edge of the city near the top of a fantastic mountain with a beautiful view of the city below. Serene, and beautiful and a must for anyone visiting barcelona

Enter the magical world of Gaudi. Park Guell is a 15 minute drive from Barcelona's city centre, and well worth the trip. It is on top of a beautiful hill, and you can enjoy Gaudi's architectural masterpieces while also taking in the incredible view of Barcelona!

This is where I fell in love with Gaudi. Colorful mosaics. Curvy organic shapes. A beautiful view. You can spend many hours wandering this park. Depending on when and what time you go, the massive amounts of visitors can make you feel like you're in a zoo. So prepare to keep some inner-Zen within you.

To be honest, Gaudi is a little too over the top for my tastes and I wasn't that big of a fan of the Sagrada Familia. However, there is something just so over-the-top and crazy about Park Guell that I kind of have to like it. There are so many colors and, if anything, I do have to respect Gaudi's insane attention to detail. It's a fun park to walk through and explore and is worth a trip out. The view also isn't too shabby.
