Parliament House Resort

410 N. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32805
1 review

This place was absolutely packed and I am pretty sure I was the only girl there, so it is definitely a more traditionally male spot. Parliament House is the largest Gay bar in Orlando, and it is also attached to a hotel. The style of it is very old school, with a colourful vintage sign out front that you cannot ...

Never the first place to get top acts but one of the better venues in Orlando to catch theater / a concert. Tends toward the expected (i.e., far from avant gard) but you might catch Josh Groban on a Sunday night.

Facility is aging and in a not-so-great part of town but it is always fun to see some great college football teams playing in the Citrus Bowl on New Years Day.

Girl power! Revolution is not only one of the biggest LGBT clubs in Orlando, but one of the few that has big events geared specifically toward the Lesbian community. The space is quite large and features a modern atmosphere with plenty to do and see, including a lounge, billiards, dancers, and drag shows that are the talk of the town. ...

Savoy is cool. It is a very high-energy LGBT bar, and it’s a party the moment you walk in. It would probably be hard to catch this place empty, as it seems to be lively and fun even on what other bars call “off nights.” There were some fantastic Halloween decorations in place when I visited. Although that is obviously ...

Pulse is widely considered the hottest LGBT bar in Orlando. The crowd is always a huge mix though, because everyone here is so friendly and you can really dance and party hard on any given night. The décor is very modern and each room offers a different atmosphere and music selection. They also take their theme nights full force. I ...

Probably the best mall in Orlando for upscale shopping but it is just a mall and you've seen everything here elsewhere. Probably very appealing for foreign tourists looking for cheaper USD luxuries. A one stop shop for the major brands and close to the airport.

Pretty little lake and fountain near downtown. A nice base for walking into the nearby neighborhoods. Has a nice art festival once per year and a lovely little pagoda.

    It's a Small World

1.3 mi from Parliament House Resort

It's a classic! The ride takes you on a little boat tour around the world. The "It's a Small World" song is playing the entire trip with might be annoying for some adults. It was fine for me until one time I was stuck on the ride for about an hour with the music playing, that got a bit maddening!

If you like Tiffany glass, you will love it. If you don't, you'll be bored out of your mind. I was the latter but I also recognize that it's a high quality collection even if it puts me to sleep.
