Clearly, you can't go home without walking to the Jardine and sitting a spell. You must walk into the Parroquia (Ladies, while not absolutely necessary, a scarf on you head is an appreciated form of respect while inside).
At night you can sample the many mariachi bands and vendors and there is almost always something happening around the Jardine.

This is the most photographed church in the world, and it dominates the city of San Miguel de Allende, it can be seen from our house and is located only 4 blocks away. This church is a must and if you are lucky, you will see a wedding with everyone dressed beautifully and the burro leading decorated with flowers all over and the mariachis following the wedding party to one of the beautiful hotels for a reception.

The pink stone of the Parroquia is unique. Lit at night, it twinkles like a castle, and you can enjoy the view from our three terraces!
Take a guided walking tour of San Miguel, including the Church every Monday,. Wednesday or Friday, starting in the Jardin at 9 AM in English.
