Although it isn't too much to see, you will likely stumble on this area if you're in the North End. It's cute and peaceful- a nice place for a walk after dinner on Hanover Street.

You'll naturally come across this square strolling down Hanover Street in the North End. Paul Revere might even be sporting a Bruins jersey if there's a big game going on. That's the Old North Church in the background -- two birds with one stone! A hop, skip, and jump away, you can accidentally-on-purpose find yourself at Mike's Pastry.

I used to be really down on this touristy destination, until I traveled all the way in and really walked around. It's got a kitschy kind of charm that grows on you. It's not worth going out of your way to see, but if you're doing a historic tour of Boston and happen to be nearby, I say take a brief stroll around.
