New Hope sits along the Delaware River about halfway up the New Jersey-Pennsylvania border. Bridges across the river carry pedestrians and cars to and from the town of Lambertvilled, NJ. New Hope is known for its craft shops, head shops and many small bars and restaurants. New Hope is a nice alternative to the Jersey Shore.
