227 South 18th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
    11 reviews

Parc is a really great restaurant with an extensive wine list and very knowledgable servers. Everything I've ever ordered has been flavorful and rich. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it can be a bit stuffy and uninviting while waiting to tell someone at the front desk about your reservation. In a city as great as Philadelphia, there are ...

    La Colombe Torrefaction

130 South 19th Street, Philadelphia, PA
    6 reviews

Philadelphia's best known third wave cafe that sits on the edge of Rittenhouse square. Known for their high end coffee and focus on flavor, the lines are often long but move quickly. In a city known for its food, this is where foodies in Philly go for their coffee.

    Jim's Steaks

400 South St, Philadelphia, PA 19147
    21 reviews

I know Philly is famous for the cheese-steak sandwiches, and the Geno's and Pat's are the most famous. First of all I don't quite get why people go wild for the cheese-steak. It is fine, but nothing mind blowing. Having said that in my opinion Jim's is the best cheese-steak sandwich I've had, and they also make some good hoagies.

Unquestionably Philadelphia's very best restaurant. Mark Vetri is the man, and he's trained most of the most promising restauranteers in town. It is maybe the best Italian restaurant in North America.

    205 S 18th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103
    6 reviews

With street side seating overlooking Rittenhouse square, Rouge offers one of the best seats in all of Philly. People flock here when the weather is nice to sip wine and hang out. The prices are a little steep, but the wine selection is good and the french-style food is tasty if not super memorable.

    Oyster House

1516 Sansom Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102, United States

Best deal for oysters in the city. Buck a shuck during happy hour. Clam chowder is really good too. Love that they have the oyster crackers on the table in a large bowl along with cocktail sauce and horseradish. You must sit in the bar for dollar oysters and get there early as it's always packed. If your a oyster ...

Short walk across the street from Dorney Park. Better alternative to the $12 Subway Footlongs inside the park. Staff was fast and friendly and took extra care of our kids. Store was clean.

Love this place! Skip lunch and go hungry. So much food! The salad bar is enormous and the different types of steak is amazing. The waiters come around with various types of steak, chicken, lamb or pork and if you want it they will slice it onto your plate.

Berenjenas, Crispy Fried Oyster Sliders, Pulpo A La Parilla, Calamari En Su Tinto, Gambas Al Ajillo… If these menu items don’t sound like a personal invitation to visit Jamonera then maybe this place is not for you. OK, let’s give you a second chance… Are you willing to try some interesting Spanish tapas and taste a variety of Spanish wines? ...

Monks is a lively, intimate place near Rittenhouse Square with amazing mussels and fries - they serve a bunch of different styles, I would recommend going for the Brussels style. My favorite. Great beer selection as well.

    Alma De Cuba

One of my favorite restaurants in Philly! Alma de Cuba is a modern spin on traditional latin dishes from Cuba, Peru and other countries latin america. The atmosphere is lively and fun, the prices are high, and the food is amazing. The ceviches are good, as was a roasted pork dish I tried. Great cocktails as well.

    El Vez

    121 S 13th St, Philadelphia, PA 19107
    6 reviews

I like El Vez! It’s a fun place; it has an interesting interior and good food. I don’t even mind that it’s a bit too noisy and can get crowded. My favorite dishes are guacamole, cactus and crab salsa, mahi-mahi tacos and Mexican chopped salad… Oh… make sure you visit their restroom downstairs. And one more thing - don’t forget ...
