This B&B is located in a typical building of 1500. It was the house where brothers Dientzenhofer, the creators of many baroque buildings in Prague and czech lands lived. For example St. Nicholas Church. It is a very simple place but I liked it because it drives you back at past times. The room we had was very large. We went during Christmas holidays, it was very cold outside, on the contrary our room was very warm and comfortable, just perfect for sleeping and resting. Breakfast is very simple. The B&B is located in the part of the city I prefer.

If you like no frills and want the clean and simple Czech experience, then Pension Dientzenhofer just might be the place for you. It offers decent accommodation in a cozy and prime location, just a stone’s throw away from the river. There is a PC station and wifi in the building, but due to the thick walls, it isn’t always stable. Breakfast is included, though there is no restaurant for lunch or dinner. The location, however, offers plenty of fine dining and culture to explore just around the corner. There are many romantic and explorative strolls to be taken around the area, while the notable sights of Prague can be found along the way. Public transportation is also easily accessible just a couple of blocks away.
