    The Paramount

    0.11 mi from Piknik

Apparently my friend Eric F did not enjoy like this place all, but I have to say quite the opposite. The Paramount is an experience unlike any other I have had for lunch/brunch/breakfast and I can't believe places like this still exist, much less in Boston! When you find this restaurant, you will find a fat line out the door. ...

This Cheers bar looks like the entrance of the Cheers bar in the TV series however inside it looks a bit smaller. It a great novelty sight if you are a fan of Cheers. It is pretty crowded too.

Alibi Bar & Lounge at Liberty Hotel

    0.21 mi from Piknik
    6 reviews

Alibi lounge is a great place to go to hang out with friends or mingle outside your crowd. The lounge is located on the first floor of Liberty Hotel. The hotel used to be a prison in the early 1900s and now it's a trendy hotel that inherited some historic decor: catwalks, prison bars, and brick foundation. Fun fact: Malcolm ...

Clink Restaurant at The Liberty Hotel Boston

    0.22 mi from Piknik
    4 reviews

So much fun! Dining or drinking in a former jail doesn't sound exciting but at Clink it's way too much fun. The drinks have quirky names like Jailbait, and boy are they yummy! Mug shots of famous Boston ne'er-do-wellers and famous celebs line the walls. Some of the jail bars are still intact too!

Went there with a large group for a pre-race dinner before the Boston Marathon. Though the restaurant was packed, the service was prompt and food was pretty good. Not sure it is differentiated enough for me to go back there.

    The Upper Crust Pizzeria

    0.15 mi from Piknik
    1 review

I love pizza. So I love that I can head into the upper crust on Charles Street in Beacon Hill and grab a slice for just a little over $3. I'm especially a fan of their slice-of-the-day or slice-of-the-month options. They're usually topped with some oddball combination that you wouldn't think to create yourself, but is surprisingly delicious. This month's ...

Great spot that attracts many tourists and talents at the same time. In the summer, the place really comes to life, local musicians, dancers, stunt masters all show off their skills to impress their audience. Located just minutes away from Boston Commons, the theater district, Little Italy, Quincy market has lots of shops and local fooderies with variety of options ...

Best restaurant in all of Boston! Highly highly recommend. Amazing seafood - oysters, champagne, and the most amazing lobster roll on the planet (one of the few hot versions in Boston). Unfortunately, this place has gained popularity in the guide books as of late so very hard to get a table, impossible if more than 2 people. Go late afternoon ...

This place is only for tourist and business people eating on their company's dime. Locals avoid this place. If you want a view go to better places along the Charles River. First, they don't return phone calls. I tried calling to make reservations. Left my number and nothing. I guess their crappy service extends to lack of phone skills. Second, ...

Modern Pastry is a corner stone of the Italian community in Boston and the offerings here are more often than not very good. It's not the cheapest cup of coffee you can find in Boston though.

Butternut Squash Ravioli...mmm. And any of the specials, like the Burrata or Lobster Fra Diavolo with Homemade Fusili. It's a teeny place with teeny tables, but it's worth the wait. The line goes out the door, but moves quickly. Just go! You won't be disappointed.

Award winning New England clam chowder for good reason. I had to make a stop here since my friend made a recommendation here. The bowl was filled with fresh clams and it was made to perfection. There are a few other really famous chowder spots on my list, but this one had no wait and was the closest to me ...
