Warning: ordering the matador, jalea and sangria will be too much for 2 people. No wonder the waiter looked at us crazy!
Eat everything with the green sauce.
Bf loved this place because its comfort food the way his Peruvian mom makes it!
Had long lines, but luckily our party of 2 is easy to cram into a small corner of the restaurant.
Was not crazy about the fried yucca, but everything else was delicious!!!Recommended for:Foodies

Very trendy Peruvian restaurant! The Matador is awesome you get chicken, wiener fries, avocado salad, fried garlic plantains, and rice'n beans all for $36!!! It was only two of us but that meal is really meant for 4ppl I think. The pitcher of Sangria was delicious and strong. LOVE Pio Pio 8!!!Recommended for:Trendsters

Love their chicken and empanadas, just bugs me that it's only cash or Amex. I always forget and end up having to stop by an atm.
Their portions are pretty big and I love family style, so this is the spot to go for a big group.
This location is so beautiful inside and in the summer they even open up the backside - outside. Very beautiful!

The chicken is really, really tasty. It has the right saltiness and peppery taste. It was also tender and lean chicken. We had leftovers and even after a microwave reheat, it tasted great!
