Great all inclusive family resort in the Riviera Maya close to Cancun Airport. Excellent staff and service with a great waterpark for the kids. This resort will allow 3 kids to share one hotel room with parentsPopular with

Omg, this resort is my first all-inclusive and I can't be enjoying it more!!!! Unlimited food and drinks, 24-hr room service, personal concierge, choice of pools, and a private beach! I shared a room with someone and what we weren't expecting was a room in the Penthouse (the main building with the lobby). Our room had a private pool on ...Popular with

Stayed here with friends for 30th birthday in June. I had stayed here about 10 years ago as well and the place looks almost exactly the same. The staff constantly keeps the grounds clean. The room was great, the little time I spent in there. Met a lot of friendly guests who shared my interest of enjoying several delicious cocktails ...

What a wonderful time we had at this all inclusive beach front resort in Playa. The service is friendly, the food is decent, the room is huge and with some views of the ocean, the sparkling pool, swim up bar, the beach, the in resort activity options, and the proximity to the lively 5th Avenue. We found a really awesome ...

This is a 'green' resort, I believe the first in Mexico. It is beautiful, the rooms are spacious with amazing views. This resort has 3 natural rivers running through it and you don't have to leave the property to kayak & snorkel. Enjoy the cenotes & mangroves. Also, the food was good at the all-inclusive.Popular with

One of the best hotels, I have ever been, loved it. Good food, friendly people, and a lovely landscape around the hotel and city...with a awesome beach.

Wonderful, gorgeous hotel 2 blocks from the beach and steps from the bustling 5th Avenue. Our only gripe was that they lost our reservation and placed us in an older hotel for the first night that was several notches down in terms of quality.

Nice All-Inclusive Resort. Beaches weren't the greatest at the time, but have since been redone. RIUs are pretty consistent across the board.

Love the vibe of this boutique hotel in Downtown Playa del Carmen. The rooftop pool is a great place to lounge at night. Enjoy a mojito while watching some old foreign films projected on the side of the hotel.Popular with

This was a very nice resort and the pools and the beach are amazing! This was a very big resort so lots of walking. The biggest problem we had with this resort was the food was not very impressive. Although we enjoyed our time here we would probably try somewhere else next time.

Fabulous pools! The property is huge and guests have access to the vast pools at the Mayan Palace as well. Close enough to Playa del Carmen and Cancun to access shopping/dining/nightlife, but far enough to enjoy the luxury of a vast resort.Popular with

Very long-established resort that grew organically out of the original owners' home (they might even still live there, though now Orient-Express manages the place). Low-key and low-tech (no TVs in the rooms), but very comfortable and excellent service, as well as a fantastic spa.Popular with

I stayed here in spring of 2009 and loved my stay here. It was so nice to have a kitchen for quick snacks throughout the day, plus it is a much better value for a large group than getting lots of hotel rooms. They have 2 and 3 bedroom condos, with every amenity you could want. The pool area is ...
