This is the main swimming beach in central Cabo. Lots of people, but beautiful with great views of lands end. walking distance from most of the hotels.

Hubby and I went here one morning for jet skiing action during our honeymoon. It was sooo awesome! 8am seemed super early, but the the tour company (Baja Wild) said that the water would be much better in the morning...and they were right! The ocean was super calm, the skies were blue (hardly any wind), and the beach wasn't crowded yet with other tourists. Best of all, there was no one else in the water for jet skiing, kayaking, or anything. Since it was early, we pretty much had the Bay to ourselves, and we cruised everywhere along El Medano Beach to the famous Arch at Land's End (but not too close because snorklers started to straggle in). Unfortunately, the waters near the Arch were a little too turbulent for us to go through it, but we did get to cruise around it and take some great photos. By the time we were done, more people started to appear on the beach, but we were glad to head back to hotel to enjoy the rest of our day!Recommended for:Outdoor Enthusiasts

Medano Beach is the nearest swimmable beach to Casa Esquina, about 10 minutes to your toes in the sand. Take the beach chairs and umbrella that we provide your enjoyment, pack a cooler of cold ones and plan for a few hours of fun. some swimming, some people watching, maybe a banana boat ride, or a parasail for 2? Have fun haggling with the many beach vendors or rent a jetski or try Stand Up Paddling...it's the beach to get busy...or not!!!

The main beach and a short walk from the downtown shopping areas and marina. Lots of people trying to sell random things, but it's a really pretty beach with nice sand and clear water. There are roped off areas safe for swimming, as water taxis and jet skis are riding around all day.
