Unfortunately we didn't make it in time to get any prime rib beef ribs but we did have everything else. They do more of a dry rub style bbq here at Podnah's but the meat is still fall-off-the-bone! They also have 4 different sauces for you to add so you can add as much as you want if you find it too dry.
The highlight of our meal (in terms of new things) was the Frito pie. I hear they got the idea from NY restaurants and it's definitely something different. Kind of you of meals you'd cook when you were in College. In a good way!

I must admit I only tried the pulled pork. Tasty and a fair bit spicier than I was expecting but in a good way. One of the few BBQ joints I've been to where you could order wine wine with your BBQ.
