Beautiful plaza located just outside the Chateau Frontenac in the heritage site of Old Quebec. From the promenade, you can see the statue of Samuel de Champlain in honor of the father of New France along with an array display of blossoming flowers with an gorgeous, up close view of the Saint Lawrence river. The plaza is an ideal place to stroll around and relax, when we went, there is an amazing saxophone performer; music, view, great food and shops near by, the promenade is a must stop on a trip to old quebec.
