The Malecon is the street and designated walkway that goes from Los Muertos Beach to the Rosarita Hotel on the North End of the Romantic Zone. A great place to walk and you will see Nationals and Guests exercising along this beautiful seaside panorama.. A night it becomes the typical Pasadora of Latin countries where families walk to cool off ...

    Puerto Vallarta International Airport

    14 reviews

Only Airport nearby. Taxis from here can get expensive. If you didn't prebook a shuttle, you can always walk outside of the airport to your right for about a mile until you reach the mall where Comercial Mexicana is at. If you don't have a lot of luggage it's a great way to save money. Taxis right outside parking lot.

This bay is a great place to take photos while appreciating the ocean and nature around you. The sand is rather interesting and worthy of close inspection if you dare to get close to it with a high quality camera.

Set in the Sierra Madre mountains, this research center/nature park is a great change of pace from the beach. It's located about 12 miles south of PV and has a huge range of plants--from orchids to wild palms. Fun spot to go dancing. They have a nice sky deck to hang out on if it gets too crowded on the main dance floor. A good mix of tourists and locals who like to party.
