There is a secluded beach with beautiful water just next to Shangri-La Resort. I would rate the water here higher than at the White Beach but the sands here are not as fine because you can find a lot of sea shell along the beach.

A peaceful strip of white sand running along the northern coast of Boracay Island, Puka Beach is named for the shells that local craftsman incorporate into the jewellery they sell to visitors. It's also a quieter alternative to the hustle and bustle on the other side of the island.Recommended for:Outdoor Enthusiasts

Puka Beach is great for watersports.. lots of waves and wind so its perfect for parasailing which is what we saw a lot of when we went.. if you do pick up any of the beautiful shells that you find put them in your checked luggage. Also, bring a lunch if you're going to Puka Beach as its quite remote.
