    Nice and quaint spot, 20 minutes from Queenstown. As heritage as it gets in NZ with a top little pub and numerous cafe. Provisions being the best.

    Wanaka is one of the most beautiful places in New Zealand. Went there many years ago and it just doesn't change...still as beautiful today as it was the last time I went.

    As you drive into Cromwell you are greeted by a massive bowl of uber-tacky fake fruit. This is the highlight of town. The surrounding area offers some great wineries, escape town asap and get there.
