    AJ Hackett Bungy Queenstown

    4.5
    10 reviews

AJ Hackett is the creator and leader of bungee jumps. They have an outstanding outpost in Queenstown with 3 different bungee options available. I did the highest bungee which is located in the middle of a canyon over the river. The staff makes you feel extremely comfortable and tries to put you at ease. You are bound to meet some ...

    Nzone Skydive Queenstown

Great experience but unfortunately horribly over shadowed by hearing Racist comments by staff aimed against my friend who is of british born Indian background and who also did a tandem 13,000ft jump. I do not believe that they meant for us to hear but I was very shocked that people could make such detrimental comments in, well lets face it ...

    Shotover Canyon Swing

    5
    6 reviews

These guys are crazy. Since I had bungy jumped forward, they thought I should go off the Canyon Swing backward. Unlike bungy, where they tie your ankles, in the Canyon Swing, you're in a climbing type harness to keep you safe. Whereas the AJ Hackett folks tell you how safe bungy jumping is as they bind your ankles, these guys ...

    Minus 5 Ice Bar

    4
    7 reviews

This place was just a kick. You don cold weather gear and then literally step into their freezer for drinks. Drinking a frosty beverage surrounded by ice makes you feel a bit like you are inside the drink. It was cold, however, so I don't think my group lasted more than half an hour or so.

    Queenstown Rafting

    5
    4 reviews

I wish I had some pictures of my white water rafting adventures, but I didn't want to worry about having a camera on me. The scariest part about the rafting isn't the rapids, it's the ride to get to the rapids. The bus winds up and down this narrow road with hairpin turns. One guy got so nervous on the ...

a beautiful scenic look out, Skyline offers visitor a very relaxing gondola ride up to the mountain. While there, there are restaurants and cafes to take in the views while noshing and there are other adrenaline filled activities like "sky jumping" (it looks like base jumping plus bungee), the luge (dry in summer or wet in winter) as well as ...

    Patagonia Chocolates Limited

This chocolate place is nothing special. While it is great that they are made locally, it doesnt help add any flavor into the chocolate and they dont really have anything that interesting. If you are in need of satisfying a sweet tooth, then you might like this place.

    Ziptrek Ecotours

The flying fox is very fun and safe, it was also a great way to see and experience more of Queenstown. To get to the Ziptrek starting point, you'll need to ride the Skyline Gondola. We did the MOA four line tour which felt very exhilarating zipping along the forest canopy at a high speed. We were lucky enough to ...

    Luge

    3 reviews

After your vertical lift up the face of the mountain in the gondola, take yourself a bit higher on an open chair-lift to the summit for the luge ride. First-time riders must take the slower scenic track, but shell out an additional $10 and you can take a second ride on the "advance" track. The scenery is beautiful, but the ...
