The location is funny, I enjoyed a lot walking in the neighborhood, there was really an artistic atmosphere, with art galleries and strange characters everywhere. The only downside is that there are a lot of cobblestones: I have walked my feet sore! But if you reach the Imperial Forums at sunset, you can say it was well worth the money. The hotel is in an old quiet street, almost front of the Santa Pudenziana church which you must visit. Walking distance from the Termini railway station. The whole setting is confortable and has a certain class & flavour, although being a 3-star. The room is nice, enough large with carpet. Usually the carpet gives me the feeling of dirt, but here everything is so clean and cozy, and it made me feel pampered, heated and softened.

Awesome hotel in an awesome location. The staff were friendly and cheerful, and they were also helpful and kind. The hotel is located on Via Urbana that runs parallel to the busier via Cavour. Via Urbana is full of small restaurants and wine bars as well as shops and stores. You will have fun walking up and down the street as well exploring some of the other parts of the neighborhood. Via Urbana is quiet at night so noise isn't usually a problem. The Cavour Metro B stop is nearby, and Termini station isn't too far of a walk either. Really impressive find in Rome!

Ten minutes walk from the Colosseum, Raffaello Hotel is very elegant: rooms have a classical interior design and are comfortable: you can find here tv, air conditioning, safety box ,frigobar,hairdryer,wifi... You can have your complimentary breakfast (that can include gluten free food) in a proper room. There's also a free lounge bar where you can have a juice, a fruit a the or a coffe 24 hours on 24. There's not fitness center, private parking or a restaurant, but you holiday here will be comfortable thanks to the service of the hotel and helpful staff.

Behind a busy street, it’s a little hotel but incredibly central walking distance to the Colosseum and close to Termini station - the room had no view, it faced the inner well of the building but we were told there are others on the front - even with a balcony if you request it - but really, all you need in Rome is a comfortable bed a pleasant environment and a good breakfast, which is what this hotel has, most of the time you are out and about sightseeing and trying out local food. The decor is a bit flouncy for my liking but all very clean and tidy with free wifi and friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast with plenty of choice and good to have coffee facilities and a computer available in the lobby to be able to do some research on Rome on a bigger screen than a phone. Music in the lobby… not so sure about that but hey, that’s nothing… good value for money.

A lovely hotel in Monti. The Hotel raffaello is close to the Colosseum and Forum and while we walked everywhere from here, if you don't like walking, the hotel is located very close to termini and cavour stations. I greatly enjoyed our time here, The hotel is clean, comfortable and simple and also, staff are extremely genuine and friendly a rarity in a busy city. Also, great buffet breakfast and a coffee machine in the lobby- wonderful!
