We met a group of friends here for lunch one afternoon. One of them was a Disney animator who drew us an impromptu sketch on a bar napkin (love Disney memories like this!).
Great atmosphere, including a nicely-sized logo shop. If you kids don't like Irish food, no worries. There's plenty on the menu to satisfy their tastes.
Burger was fab. So was the shepherd's pie - a traditional order for us when in this type of restaurant.
Raglan Road Irish Pub is easy to find at Downtown Disney. Be sure to make advance reservations.Recommended for:Family Travelers

Me, my dad and my brother arrived in Orlando from NYC pretty late on December 24th, but we still wanted to do something on Christmas Eve so we went to Downtown Disney. I was surprised it was still open at 11PM (yeah, I'm used to Eurodisney) but sadly not many places were still serving food-- Ragland Road was open though, and I heard good things about it so we took a seat there. The atmosphere is very nice, there were 3 guys playing and singing irish music on a small stage, and after that we saw girls and guys dance on there. It was kinda noisy but I liked it. My dad had the fish&chips and my brother had a burger. They were both good but not incredible... The fries were awesome, though.
I had the risotto. Yeah I know, weird choice, especially since I'm used to eating true italian food and risotto is one of the typical dishes in my area. But it was incredibly good! I was surprised. So yummy, I'm still craving it.
The drinks were good too, the prices... Uh... Disney prices.
It would be cool to go there with friends.

For those unfamiliar, Disney World is filled with restaurants galore compared to Disneyland Anaheim. Raglan is located in the free-to-park, free-to-visit Downtown Disney. It would be the first restaurant for my Florida fam vacation.
Evident already to the Yelper, Raglan is the highest rated of all the Downtown Disney restaurants, so I'm here to set out why. Irish Pub you say? I've already been won.
-=-Seating-=- There is a live stage area, but when performances start, music, tapping, and singing floods the whole venue no matter where you are seated. Be sure to request a seat with a view of the stage, so you are not lost in the commotion when the music starts. Those sensitive to noise, just ask to be sat farther back.
-=-Fish and Chips and Guinness Bread-=- Fish and Chips were standard. It was good, but what made it even better was upgrading to truffle fries. The one dish that I really wanted to try was the shepherd's pie since it looked so non-traditional (look at pictures, see what I mean), but I didn't get a chance. All meals come with the dark bread. The bread is good and all, but what what made it better was the sweet dipping oil. You just can't soak enough of it. I ended up making most of my meal with this yummy bread.
