Stratsopherically priced, unbelievably artistic new French food is what flies out of the kitchens here inside the spa tower at Caesars Palace. Let the waitstaff usher you in through the heavy wooden doors, then take your window table with views of the neon lights. If you can't splash out on the multi-hundred-dollar tasting menus, you can just stop by the bar (without reservations) for the 'Bubbles & Bites' menu of champagne and appetizers.

One of my favorite restaurants in Vegas - dying to visit the original in Paris one day. Great atmosphere and very intimate as Vegas goes (think they only seat 75 people). Artichoke and black truffle soup is amazing!

Hands down the best meal and service I've ever had in my life. I'd drop another $400-500 for myself in a heartbeat to eat here again. Bread carts, amuse boche, cheese cart, dessert cart, and thank you cart???? Along with everything else heavenly? Yes please!!! I chose this place cuz I was craving foie gras (since its banned in California) and I'm glad I splurged and came here for dinner.

Joel Robuchon was really overrated and one of the most disappointing meals I've ever had. Guy Savoy was the polar opposite -- it was fantastic, with an awesome waiter who was incredibly friendly and let us do things like sample every single bread off the bread cart. Oh, and they have a bread cart, how cool is that?

Guy Savoy's restaurants are consistently elegant, enjoyable and offers a remarkable dining experience. It serves an innovative fusion of French with local flavors; the 'foie-grass along with the Crispy Veal Sweetbread' was flawless. The classic artichoke and black truffle soup is highly recommended. The service was friendly and efficient. And, the wine collection was terrific; Burgundy section was especially notable.
