I don't really do much lounging in Vegas. Not going to lie. It's all about the day beach clubs and night clubs.
However, we stopped by this joint.
I absolutely love the layout and the DJ was playing great music.
If you're going to order a drink, the white sangria is bomb!!!Recommended for:

Rhumbar is by far the best bar in Vegas to go to and simply have a drink. During the day it's home to a tropical themed, laid back atmosphere. At night things heat up a bit and it get's crowded.
The majority of the seating (which is on comfortable wicker chairs) is outside on a palm tree shaded patio right on the Strip. Inside there are plush white couches to lounge on and a vast assortment of cigars to choose from.
The drink menu is delicious. Most drinks feature some kind of rum (go figure) blended beautifully with juices of every kind. Even if you're not a fan of rum, be sure to try one of their drinks because they are absolutely delicious. The prices are typical of a Vegas bar and the drinks are beyond worth it, especially compared to what you're going to get from the clubs at night.
Right off the Strip at the Mirage, it's well worth the stop.

Stopped in here to kill some time a grab a few drinks before the Terry Fator show we had tickets for. The drinks were interesting flavors, and bar itself is really modern and classy. Sleek white everywhere, polished floors like mirrors, and it felt like you were drinking in style

Stumbling along the strip and want to stop somewhere for a drink.. Rhumbar is your place! Located in the Mirage Hotel, this outdoor bar / patio has a great collection of drinks, sports on the Flatscreens, and cigars in the humidor.
Because it's just off from the strip and out of the way, it feels like a quiet reprieve from the busy hustle of the strip... and because it's up the street from Caesars and away from the mega hotels, it feels much more local.
We had a group of 4 with two rounds of Martinis and found them to be about the same price as everywhere else. BUT... if you 4sq. the location you can get a discount on your bill. (i didnt tell you that)
