See some of the most dangerous ocean animals up close and personal when you walk through their famous 340 foot long tunnel you will be able to come face-to-face with snappers, tarpons, grunts, squirrelfish, a green sea turtle, giant stingrays, sawfish and . . . very large SHARKS!

Very nice! more than I expected. parking can be a hassel in Gatlinburg. I recommend parking here at the large covered parking at the aquarium. If you have a disability placard, parking is free at the booth going out. So don't forget to tell them!

If you enjoy aquariums, this is one of the best. Layout is well-planned to showcase the aquatic life, especially the shark tunnels....you feel like you're part of the exhibit. Lots of variety! According to Ripley's, they have about 10,000 sea creatures in this aquarium, more than the population of Gatlinburg. Good location in the middle of town. Be sure to head to the Donut Friar in the nearby Village Shopping Center; memorably good donuts. http://gatlinburg.ripleyaquariums.com
