This Ritz-Carlton has nailed the balance between luxury and personal comfort. From the moment I walked through the front door, I felt pampered. But I never once felt stuffy or pretentious. Although this is Orlando with so much to see and do outside, everything I wanted was right here at the hotel. There's an amazing pool, a world class spa, golf, and even kayaking ecotours through an adjacent nature preserve. And the rooms are heaven on pillows! Every one of the staff were delightful and the smiling chef at the spa even whipped me up a complimentary peanut butter smoothie just for saying hello. That seriously may have been the most delicious smoothie of life...Recommended for:Luxury Travelers

This hotel has done a fantastic job of putting on the ritz! My experience was first class from the first time I approached the front desk to the time I left the hotel. Warm smiles greeted me from the 18 hole golf club house to the 43 room full service spa. I have to agree with an earlier review that the peanut butter smoothies are to die for. If you are looking for an absolute retreat from the pressures of everyday life then look no further. This hotel breathes relaxation. Enjoy!!!
