Ritz-Carlton South Beach

1 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139
9 reviews

While it does carry the Ritz Carlton name, and it offers all the comforts of a luxury five star hotel, I think this property really lacks the character typical to a South Beach hotel. The list of celebrities, famous businessmen, and athletes that frequent this establishment is staggering. Visitors here better bring their "A" game, because unless you are looking good and acting cool you better be among the previous list of ...

While in Miami for the Winter Music Conference ten years ago, I stumbled about a Jerry's Famous Deli. I've frequented the Southern California locations for over twenty years, so I had to try this location. This East Coast outpost is consistent with the ones I've grown up with. It can also be quite the scene during the conference since it's ...

I liked it for the atmosphere and mood only. If you don't care about how the food tastes and love great cocktails, you may enjoy Philippe by Philippe Chow. The cocktails are what they do best. I went to the one located on 11th and Collins. Solid place for breakfast. Great cuban cafe con leche, which to me is a better quality than Starbucks latte. And at a price of $1.95 vs Starbucks' $5. It's a great price for a latte. They have it on ice also. The service is efficient also.
