Ritz-Carlton Tokyo

9-7-1 Akasaka, Minato, Tokyo Prefecture 107-6245, Japan
7 reviews

We didn't stay here -- just went for a cocktail. There is a cover charge -- I think it's 2500 Yen -- for the lobby lounge bar but we enjoyed every minute. There's a fantastic view over the Shinjuku district and an elegant atmosphere. We stayed for 2 anniversary drinks and loved it.

Tucked away from the fast paced Roppongi neighborhood of Tokyo, the "I-House" is a beautiful hotel getaway. The hotel is close enough to walk to a neighborhood bakery, subway stops, and plenty of fun restaurants and shops. Breakfast is free and you have a choice between traditional Japanese and American style breakfast. There is also a gorgeous garden for guests ...

This is one of those no nonsense quiet clean hotels in the center of Tokyo that’s very specifically geared towards business travels. The hotel has a variety of different rooms and considering the location in central Tokyo and the comfort most of them are a pretty good deal. Small but clean and modern hotel in Roppongi. A bit pricey for what you get but not bad for Tokyo. About 10 minutes walk to Roppongi metro station and Roppongi Hills restaurants and shopping.

Of course we had to visit the New York Grill on the 52nd floor as we love the movie Lost in Translation and the iconic scene filmed there. However, at 8pm they impose a $100 cover charge just to occupy space in the restaurant! Even our first wedding anniversary couldn't justify this cost so we ate at the French/Italian restaurant ...

This hotel is one of best hotels in Tokyo! The Cerulean is located in Shibuya. This area of the city just can't be boring for anyone. Also inside the hotel is like a city as well. They have many things to amuse you, such as a gym, a pool and one of my favorite a cigar shop and bar that ...

The Westin Tokyo is located in a nice place, you can go to anywhere from here if you feel like it. This hotel isn't far away from anywhere off the Yamanote Line and there's a subway stop, too. You have to take a moving walkway, but it's less than ten minutes to the stations. Ebisu has lots of little restaurants ...

If you just need a clean place to sleep in Shinjuku, this is a good deal. It's cheap for being in Shinjuku. This hostel, at 2,800 yen a night for a clean wooden bunk, is a really good deal. I appreciate the soft lighting and relaxed, non-suit wearing staff, two things that are sometimes hard to find in the more institution like hostels/cheap hotels that still exist all over Japan. There's a vending machine full of beer, and a kitchen in the ...
