    Deko Hotel

    Deko Hotel

Via Toscana, 1, 00187 Rome, Italy
    4
    4 reviews

The Deko Hotel has extremely good reviews all over the place (Trip Advisor, etc) so I was interested to check it out. It's definitely a unique offering amongst the plethora of Roman hotels staffed by men in their 60s. The Deko is run rock'n'roll style by Marco, a young Roman who seems to have taken his cues from London and ...

The most stunning gardens! Tucked away on the side of Piazza d Popolo it is difficult to find but oh so worth it. The rooms are beautiful, very classic in style but opulent. If you don't like dressing up then this might not be the right place for you to stay. Very expensive, in the $600.00 and up for a ...

Finding a great hotel in Rome is not easy, but this hotel really surprised me. It's just a block away from the Santa Maria Maggiore -- one of Rome's most important basilicas. There are some other important things to see. Best of all, the hotel is just a short walk to the Vittorio Emanuele metro stop (linea A) that can ...

The Inn at the Roman Forum is hands down the best hotel I have ever visited. There is great energy in the adorable little streets even as you approach the hotel. Everyone from the maintenance man to the manager was bending over backwards with authentic friendly sweetness. (This is a sign of exemplary management – the employees are not faking ...

This boutique hotel is run by fashion heiress Anna Fendi Venturini (yes, THAT Fendi), so it's no surprise that each detail here is exquisite. The opulent Art Nouveau villa was built in 1911 by Armando Brasini, one of Mussolini's favorite architects, on the banks of the Tiber river. Each room has a different character, but all were designed by Fendi ...

This is actually a pretty chill, laid back bar. I'm only speaking of the bar area, not the B&B. They make really good kamikazee's, or any mixed drink rather. That's more their specialty than beer. It's darkly lit, and not too loud, but not quiet enough that you hear aeveryone else. There's no dancing, but there is light music playing. ...

On a hill overlooking Rome this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Pillow menu, double quiet rooms, a breakfast buffet that is incredible are just some of the reasons that this Hilton is worth the money. They have a shuttle that takes you down into the center of Rome and brings you back. We stayed using ...

Rome Boutique is fine. It's cool, but it's not really anything to freak out about. The bathroom was really slick. I like it a lot but I wish it weren't so expensive. it does have a luxurious feel (chocolates on the pillows) and I loved the generous toiletries provided (toothbrush and toothpaste) and that breakfast was served in the room.

The Radisson is a lovely hotel in a not so sexy but very convenient area. I attended a conference here, and basked in lunch on the roof deck and coffee breaks on the terrace. Interestingly, it is located next to Termini, the main train station, but also a few steps from Piazza Vittorio, the main multicultural area of Rome. The ...

There are several things to really like about the Inn at the Spanish Steps. It is a sweet little boutique hotel with just a few rooms, and a free (you will make up for this little perk in the cost of your room, so take a deep breath before getting too excited about unlimited Roman snacking). The place feels a ...

The Hotel Campo de' Fiori feels like a really luxurious little hideaway in the middle of Rome. I loved the terrace more than anything, which feels like a little, cozy, private place to hang out while you just happen to be gazing at some of Rome's best roofs (and cupolas, and towers...this is Rome, after all.) The room was cozy ...

I stopped into the Boscolo Exedra wanting to speak to them about bringing a group of people to stay, and they barely gave me the time of day. I had a quick look around, and yes, it's a beautiful hotel with soaring ceilings and a great location. In my book, however, it's the service that counts, and I unfortunately thought ...
