Large carafes of alcohol!!! $16 for 2-3 drinks worth of long islands, AMFs, etc. One wasn't enough to get me drunk though - so I think they definitely skimp on the alcohol.
Food looked and smelled delicious (had a previous dinner). Free bull ride for my birthday! Sign up at the "general store" inside the restaurant. Warning - leaves bruises on the inner thigh :(
Large cotton candies that melt in the night air. Live fire for roasting marshmallows for your very own s'mores! Service was nice enough to make our table larger and also was often just right to ensure good food service.
Parking....is where the problem is at. Valet was having a hard time maneuvering cars around in the packed lot. So they would frequently end up running customers over in the front door area to get space enough to move other cars around. No apologies and no warnings. Just good ol car coming in your face!Recommended for:

I came here for the brunch, though there were already people riding the bull at 11am if that tells you anything. Bottomless mimosas are $10 and mostly juice, but we definitely got buzzed after spending about 3 hours there. The food is actually decent: I had a great eggs benedict, and my friend had a good breakfast burrito (portions are HUGE).
Though I enjoyed sitting outside and would probably do it again on a cooler day, there were quite a few pigeons (and some flies) that detracted from our experience. And the owner sent out a free spool of cotton candy on the house (???) which was fun, but....kind of gross? It seems like Saddle Ranch is a whole lot of shtick.Recommended for:

I'd never been to a Rodeo bar before, so this was a revelation! It was fine for a quick visit to watch drunken guys and girls take on the bucking bronco. My biggest regret is that I visited a day after Bristol Palin had a bar brawl here. I can't believe that I missed that.

This was built for the tourist that go up and down Sunset on the weekends. If you watch reality TV you probably seen people riding the bull here. Food is ok but not the place for a nice quiet night out.
