If you love seafood, it would be a must to go. Here you can pick your seafood from any of the vendors on water and have it cooked at any of the restaurants.
There's so many different seafood that you would be disappointed if you didn't look through it all before picking it.

We went out to dinner one night in the Sai Kung District, and it was a very pleasant experience. There are a number of great seafood restaurants on the waterfront. Also, we took a boat out and enjoyed a romantic night cruising around the islands.

If you want to try fresh seafood, Don't miss here!
But you also can find famous fresh seafood at Lei Yue Mun (the most famous place but a bit difficult to go), Lamma Island and Cheung Chau Island)
you can go to Sai Kung from MTR Sha Tin train station, take a bus number 299 (HK9.3) at bus station under Sha Tin town center around 1 hour, I recommend you sitting at the left size of the bus, you will see a nice view of East HK.
