Go here on Mondays-- they have something called Nasty Mondays, which is kind of like a rock concert. It's fun, it's an "event," and it's enjoyable. A pretty good club, definitely one of the cooler ones in my opinion.

Most (in)famous for its Nasty Mondays and Crappy Tuesdays sessions, the crowd, mood and music in Sala Apolo vary considerably depending on what night of the week you’re there. If you’re looking for somewhere to liven up a dreary Monday evening in Barcelona, (and don’t mind paying the not inconsiderable entry fee), Apolo possesses a certain down-at-heel charm, playing mainly rock and indie tracks to the buzzed young locals. Don’t be caught out by the no-smoking policy – if you nip out for a fag you’ll face the entry fee all over again.

GREAT place !! The craziest show I have ever seen was the "Anti-karaoke". It's just amazing !! You like rock n' roll and crazy people : go there ! It's the place to be !

you can't leave Barcelona without experiencing its nightlife. if you're into electronic music, this is your dance club. also, a former cabaret place which still keeps its distinctive decoration

Who thought a party on a Monday or a Tuesday could be so good you had to be guest listed? Well, Apolo boasts such a party, and its called 'Nasty Monday', and if you don't buy tickets in advance or find a local to get you in you might just miss it. However, have not fear, if Apolo doesn't work out just head to City Hall.
